Invite a customer to the portal

Send customer portal invitations for exact tenant and customer records without exposing internal workspace navigation.

Start from the customer portal tab for the selected customer record, then invite only verified customer-side contacts who should see that customer account.

The portal invitation is separate from internal workspace member invitations. Customer contacts see portal.tabahub.com and customer-facing records only after sign-in and acceptance.

If an invite should no longer be valid, revoke the invitation or disable the accepted portal account/link from the internal management screen.
