Portal approval requests are exact-scoped by tenant, audience, and customer or vendor record before they are shown to an external contact.
Customer waiver signing creates retained signature evidence, consent context, hash context, audit activity, and an internal review task. It does not expose internal signing tools or admin workflow screens.
Vendor approvals are review actions on vendor-facing purchase documents and messages; internal accounting, receiving, and procurement lifecycle changes remain inside the tenant workspace.
