Customer portal pages are scoped to the signed-in portal account, tenant, active customer link, and customer-facing records selected by the workspace.
Customers can review estimates, invoices, statements, payment instructions, payment-proof status, document requests, approval requests, messages, waiver requests, and delivery status when enabled.
Customers cannot see internal app navigation, admin pages, other customers, internal notes, accounting ledgers, cost or margin records, or support-only metadata.
