Enable customer and vendor portals
Turn on portal settings safely after confirming the workspace has the correct Customer Portal or Vendor Portal entitlement.

Open Settings > Portals in the secure app workspace to review customer and vendor portal status, active accounts, pending invitations, and recent portal activity.
Customer Portal and Vendor Portal enablement is entitlement-gated. Free workspaces can review locked previews, but active external access requires the matching paid or included portal module.
Keep branding, welcome text, support contacts, document uploads, production visibility, delivery visibility, waiver signing, and messaging aligned with the access you want external contacts to receive.
