If a portal invite cannot be accepted, confirm the recipient is signing in with the invited email address and that the invitation has not expired or been revoked.

If the contact changed email addresses, revoke the pending invite and issue a new invitation to the correct verified email rather than sharing someone else's invitation link.

If sign-in works but records are missing, verify the portal account and customer/vendor counterparty link are active and that the requested workflow is enabled for that audience.
