Customer Portal and Vendor Portal are each sellable one module credit options, and the Portal Relationship bundle includes both modules for teams that work with customers and suppliers.

Free workspaces can view locked portal previews but cannot issue active external portal invitations or enable live portal settings.

Premium, Elite, and Ultimate plans include customer and vendor portal access with higher portal-account and document-storage limits according to the active entitlement snapshot.
